Top One Futures Swaps X-ULTRA for X-Daily Spark: $39 Entry and Daily Payouts, but an $800-a-Day Ceiling
Top One Futures has closed X-ULTRA and opened X-Daily Spark, a limited 1,500-account $50K evaluation at $39 with its LAUNCHPAD code, no daily loss limit and no consistency rule. The catches: a $189 activation fee, $3,500 of funded profit before the first payout, and a $1,000 cap per request at an 80% split.
What happened
Top One Futures has replaced X-ULTRA, the limited account we covered on 6 October, with a new Launchpad release called X-Daily Spark. The firm's Launchpad page (opens in new tab) now lists X-ULTRA as "Launch closed", and its X-Ultra help article (opens in new tab) says the account is no longer available for new purchases. Existing X-ULTRA accounts keep their rules and resets.
X-Daily Spark's help-center guides are dated 21 October 2026. Like X-ULTRA, it is capped at 1,500 accounts, with no promise it comes back once they are gone. Top One's live counter showed 663 of 1,500 remaining when we checked on 27 October at 4:18 PM Israel time, so about 840 have been bought in under a week.
The pitch is a cheap entry and daily payouts: "Pass today. Get paid tomorrow."
The terms
X-Daily Spark comes in one size, $50K. From Top One's overview (opens in new tab) and rule pages, checked 27 October:
Evaluation (one step)
- Price: $218 list; $39 with the code LAUNCHPAD that Top One's own Launchpad page tells buyers to use at checkout. Top One does not say when the code ends
- Profit target: $3,000 (6%) within 30 days, no minimum days
- Max drawdown: $2,000, end-of-day trailing
- No daily loss limit and no consistency rule
- Max contracts: 3 minis (30 micros)
- Reset: $35
- Add-ons: static drawdown fixed at $48,000 (+$15); 5% target (+$15) or 4% target (+$30)
- Activation fee: $189, charged only after you pass
- Max drawdown: $2,000 end-of-day trailing, locking at $50,100
- Daily loss limit: $1,000, a soft breach that pauses trading for the day (removable for +$30 at activation)
- No consistency rule, no minimum days before a payout
- Payouts: requested daily, $500 minimum, $1,000 maximum, 80/20 split
- Contracts: start at 1 mini and scale to 3 minis at $2,000 profit
- Path to Live: after 3 successful payouts, traders "typically" become eligible
- Up to 3 X-Daily Spark accounts in total, evaluation and funded combined
The catches
"Get paid tomorrow" needs $3,500 of funded profit first. A $3,000 buffer must stay in the account at all times, so you can only request a payout once your funded balance is at least $53,500. Passing the evaluation does not count toward that; the funded account starts again at $50,000.
Each payout is small. The cap is $1,000 a request, or $800 to you at an 80% split. After the first payout, at least half of every request must be new profit made since the last one. The $3,000 buffer itself is never paid out under these rules.
The real entry price is $228, not $39. That is the $39 evaluation plus the $189 activation, and $407 if the code stops working. Funded accounts cannot be reset: a breach means buying a new evaluation and paying the $189 again.
It gives back most of what X-ULTRA offered. X-ULTRA had no activation fee, a 90% split and a $5,000 cap per payout on $50K. X-Daily Spark trades those for daily payouts and a softer daily loss limit, since X-ULTRA's daily limit failed the account.
The fine print applies to every trade. No overnight holds (everything closes by 4:10 PM ET), no EAs or bots, and on the funded account no trades in the 2 minutes before and after major news.
Bottom line
X-Daily Spark is a cheap way into a $50K futures evaluation with no daily loss limit and no consistency rule, and it is selling fast. The money side is modest: $228 all-in with the code, $3,500 of funded profit before the first request, and $800 at most to you per day after that. Read it as a low-cost, small-payout account, not a replacement for X-ULTRA's larger payouts.
