Methodology

• Who qualifies: active firms that sell retail funded accounts (evaluations, instant funding or similar) where our US-eligibility field for the firm, researched separately from the firm's general availability, is "accepts US traders" and the firm's own restricted-country list does not name the US. Firms marked unclear, not researched or excluded are left out.
• Order: our trader rating — a confidence-weighted average of verified trader reviews across sources, pulled toward the site-wide average when a firm has few reviews. Ties go to the firm with more trader reviews, as in the directory. Firms with no real reviews are not ranked.
• What doesn't count: affiliate relationships and discounts never change who is listed or where.
• Eligibility can change and some firms restrict individual states or require extra checks. Confirm on the firm's site before you buy.
