What Makes a Good Submission

The most helpful submissions are specific, clear, and verifiable. Useful details may include:

The name of the firm
A link to the relevant page or announcement
Screenshots or documents, when available
Dates when something changed or occurred
A short explanation of what you believe is incorrect, missing, or worth reviewing

We are especially interested in firm rule changes, payout delays, ownership changes, regulatory notices, new program launches, directory corrections, and feedback that helps traders make better decisions.

How We Handle Tips and Sources

Unless you tell us otherwise, we treat sensitive tips as not for attribution. That means we will not intentionally name you, your employer, or identifying details without your permission.

If you are sharing sensitive information, we recommend using a personal email address rather than a work email address. Please do not send anything you are not legally allowed to share.

We may contact you to verify details before publishing or updating information on the site.

Corrections Policy

ProprietaryTrading.com focuses on proprietary trading firms, funding models, trader evaluations, firm rules, payouts, industry data, and related market structure. We generally do not cover unrelated retail brokers, signal services, copy-trading programs, or general trading education businesses unless they are directly connected to the proprietary trading industry.
