Top One Futures Launches X-ULTRA: Limited 1,500-Account Eval, No Funded Consistency, Hard-Breach Daily Loss
Top One Futures opened X-ULTRA, a limited 1,500-account one-step eval with no activation fee, no funded consistency rule, no payout buffer and payout caps up to $9,000. The catch: the daily loss limit is a hard breach that fails the account.
## What happened
**Top One Futures** has opened **X-ULTRA**, a limited-release evaluation sold through its new **Launchpad** section for experimental account types. The firm's [Launchpad page](https://toponefutures.com/launchpad) lists it as live now, and its [X-Ultra help article](https://help.toponefutures.com/en/articles/17244414-x-ultra-accounts-overview) says sales opened on **1 October 2026 at 10:00 AM CT**.
The pitch is a bigger funded-stage payout with fewer gates, paid for with one stricter rule: the **daily loss limit is a hard breach**. On X-ULTRA, hitting the daily limit fails the account, in both the evaluation and the funded stage. Top One's help center notes that on its other plans the daily limit only pauses the account for the rest of the day.
## The cap
Top One says **1,500** X-ULTRA accounts are available across all sizes, with no extra accounts and no waiting list once they are gone. Resets for existing X-ULTRA accounts stay available after a sell-out. The firm's own live counter showed **1,241 of 1,500** remaining when we checked on **6 October 2026**.
## The rules, from Top One's own pages
Checked **6 October 2026**:
**Evaluation (one step)** * Sizes **$50K / $100K / $150K** * Profit target **8%**: $4,000 / $8,000 / $12,000, within **30 days** * Max drawdown (end-of-day trailing): $4,000 / $8,000 / $12,000 * Daily loss limit (**hard breach**): $1,000 / $1,500 / $2,000 * **50% consistency rule**: your best day cannot be more than half of total profit when you pass * No minimum trading days; max contracts 5 / 10 / 15 minis * One-time list price **$258 / $378 / $518**; reset fee $119 / $179 / $249 * **No activation fee**; up to **3** X-ULTRA accounts at once
**Funded account** * Max drawdown (end-of-day trailing): $3,000 / $4,500 / $6,000, locking at starting balance + $100 * Same hard-breach daily loss limit * **No consistency rule** and **no payout buffer** * Payout cap per request **$5,000 / $7,000 / $9,000**; minimum payout $50; **90%** split * **7 profitable days** before each payout (4 with a paid add-on), with a minimum day of $250 / $500 / $750 * At least **50% of each payout** must be new profit made since the previous payout * Contract limits start at 2 / 4 / 6 minis and scale up (and back down) with end-of-day balance * **No news rule**; 14 days without trading closes the account * Eligible for a move to Live after **3 payouts**
Top One's Launchpad page says the payout cap is five times that of its standard evaluation.
## Why it matters
X-ULTRA is the third limited, experimental drop from a prop firm in about a week, after Breakout's Spark and Topstep's Labs $50K Combine. Each trades away a familiar protection for looser rules elsewhere. X-ULTRA's trade is unusually blunt: no funded consistency rule and no buffer, but one bad day ends the account. Traders who rely on the daily limit as a pause rather than a stop should read that rule before buying.
## What this article is not claiming
* We are **not** asserting partner or affiliate status, or offering any promo code. Top One's own page currently advertises a launch discount. * We are **not** predicting whether X-ULTRA graduates into Top One's regular lineup or how fast the remaining accounts sell. * The remaining-account figure is Top One's own counter at the time we checked and will change.
## FAQ
**Q: What happens if I hit the daily loss limit?** A: The account fails. On X-ULTRA the daily limit is a hard breach on both the evaluation and the funded account.
**Q: Is there an activation fee after I pass?** A: No. Top One lists no activation fee for X-ULTRA.
**Q: Can I still reset after it sells out?** A: Yes, for an X-ULTRA account you already own. The 1,500 limit applies to new accounts only.
**Q: How much can I take out per payout?** A: Up to $5,000, $7,000 or $9,000 per request, depending on size, at a 90% split.
