My Forex Funds Publishes Evolution Rules: 70% Split, a 2% Switch Line and a Two-Strike Limit

My Forex Funds has posted the full Evolution rules ahead of its 23 November relaunch: 1-Step at 12% or 2-Step at 8% + 6%, $5K to $300K, no minimum days. Funded accounts start at a 70% split with no daily limit, but a drop to 98% of the balance is a strike, and two strikes breach the account. Prices aren't out yet.

What happened

My Forex Funds has published the full rules for Evolution, the program it will sell when it relaunches on 23 November 2026. The firm announced on X (opens in new tab) on 27 October that "full program details" were on its Evolution page (opens in new tab). We read that page on 29 October.

When we first covered Evolution on 21 October, there was only a video preview and no rulebook. Now there is one, and the most important parts are on the funded side: a 70% base split, a status line just 2% below your starting balance, and a strike system that can end a funded account after two touches of that line.

Prices are still not published. The site's homepage and waitlist only promise a launch discount for waitlist members.

The evaluations

Account sizes run from $5K to $300K (5K, 10K, 20K, 50K, 100K, 200K, 300K) on both routes.

1-Step2-Step
Profit target12%8%, then 6%
Daily loss limit3%3%
Maximum loss (evaluation and funded)6%10%
Minimum trading daysNoneNone
Trailing drawdownNoNo

Other trading terms on the page:

  • Leverage: 1:50 on FX, 1:30 on metals and indices.
  • News trading is allowed, but the FAQ says leverage "might be decreased" around news.
  • EAs are allowed within program rules, and you can copy trades between your own accounts.
  • Overnight holds are fine during the week. Positions must be closed one hour before Friday's close, or they are closed automatically.

Funded: Partner, Intern and strikes

Both routes lead to the same funded account. This is where Evolution differs from a standard 2-step.

  • Partner status is where you start. There is no funded profit target and no daily loss limit. The only line is the status-switch level, which starts at 98% of account size. On $100K, that is $98,000.
  • Falling to that level switches you to Intern. Your open trades are closed and you get one strike. As an Intern you trade under a 3% daily loss limit, and you return to Partner once your gross equity gets back to break-even.
  • The default strike limit is 2, and reaching it breaches the account. Read literally, a $100K account that drops to $98,000 once, recovers, and drops there again is closed, even though both drops are well inside the 10% maximum loss.
  • Resetting strikes: after your first strike, gross withdrawals totalling 7% of account size (several rewards can count) reset the streak to zero. Getting back to Partner does not reset it on its own.
  • A third strike: once your cumulative gross withdrawals reach 15% of account size, the limit goes up from 2 to 3.

In its October preview, as reported by Finance Magnates, the firm said a separate proprietary trading company uses eligible traders' data only while their accounts hold Partner status. That is its "no-conflict" model, and it helps explain why the line is so tight. Still, a 2% switch line is narrower than the daily loss limit at most firms, so traders who are used to riding 3% to 4% drawdowns will hit it.

Rewards and splits

  • Request rewards any time in Partner status. The minimum is $100 after the split, and requests are processed at the end of the day.
  • 70% is the standard split. It rises to 80% on profits above a 5% buffer that you leave in the account.
  • 90% with VIP. To qualify, you need at least five rewards, at least 90 days on the account, and total withdrawals of 10% of account size while keeping the 5% buffer. The page isn't consistent here: the "how it works" section says 90% applies "with VIP and that buffer," while the FAQ says a VIP split is 90% "for the life of the account."
  • Secured Profit is optional. When it's on, profit milestones set protected levels, and touching one closes your trades and starts a reward instead of breaching the account.
  • Reward Pool points come from commissions on your funded trades. You can redeem them for 30% account scaling or up to 100% more room before a status switch. The preview, as reported by Finance Magnates, mentioned scaling up to $1 million. The published page gives only the 30% figure.

Old Evaluation traders and the US

On 28 October, CEO Haider Raza posted a clarification (opens in new tab) for traders choosing the Old Evaluation Program in the restoration process. Earlier messaging had suggested their accounts would start rolling out only after 4 to 6 months. The letter calls that "potentially misleading." It says rollouts will start "progressively shortly after our initial launch," with a tentative goal of finishing within 4 months, at a pace limited by demand. The letter also says updates to Evolution are being worked on and may be released "shortly," so these rules may change before 23 November.

For US traders, the site footer says the MetaTrader platform is not available to persons in the United States, while "alternative platforms may be offered" there, subject to the firm's excluded-countries list. The site names the operator as Global Solutions Operations FZE, licensed by the Dubai World Trade Centre Authority.

Our take

Evolution's evaluations are ordinary. A 12% one-step target is on the high side, and 8% + 6% is standard. What matters is the funded account. With no daily loss limit in Partner status and rewards on request, it looks generous. But the real limits are the 2% switch line and the two-strike rule. The 70% base split is also below the 80% that is common at forex firms. Until prices are out, compare it on those terms, and check that the strike rules haven't changed before you buy at launch.
