This page answers one question: which retail prop firms accept traders who live in the United States? It is not a list of American companies — plenty of firms here are based in the UK, UAE, or EU, and some US-headquartered firms are absent because their US eligibility isn't confirmed in our data.
US residency is one of the most common eligibility blocks in this industry. Some firms restrict US residents entirely; others accept them only on specific products or programs, and the regulatory framing (evaluation firms vs. SEC/FINRA-regulated broker-dealers) differs by firm.
Being listed here does not certify any firm as regulated in the United States. Verify each firm's regulatory status and payout mechanics directly, particularly for firms based outside the US.
How a firm qualifies
This is a trader-eligibility collection, not a headquarters collection — firms are listed because we have affirmative evidence they accept traders resident in the United States, wherever the firm itself is based. Firms whose US eligibility we have not confirmed are left off rather than listed; absence here means “not yet confirmed”, never “rejects US traders”.
