This page is about where you can trade from, not where the firm is registered. None of these firms are necessarily Canadian companies; they are firms whose published availability affirmatively covers Canadian residents.
Canadian traders sit in a middle regulatory zone — accepted by most global evaluation-based prop firms, but restricted by some US-facing firm-capital firms because of provincial securities rules. Verify province-level acceptance directly: a firm that accepts Ontario traders may not accept Quebec traders.
Payout mechanics (bank wire, PayPal, crypto) also matter more for Canadian traders than for US or EU traders — some firms only pay through channels that are inconvenient or costly from Canada.
How a firm qualifies
This is a trader-eligibility collection, not a headquarters collection. A firm is listed only where its published availability affirmatively covers Canada — either it serves traders globally with Canada absent from a documented restriction list, or Canada is named in the countries it serves. Firms that simply say nothing about eligibility are left off: unknown is treated as unknown, never as acceptance. Absence here means “not yet confirmed”, never “rejects Canadian traders”. Always confirm with the firm before paying.
