The UK is one of the largest source markets for retail prop trading, accepted by most global evaluation firms and a natural fit for firms structured under UK or EU regulatory frameworks.
Beyond acceptance, UK traders should verify how the firm handles UK tax reporting (evaluation fees vs. payouts vs. self-assessment), payout channels (bank transfer via Wise, PayPal, or crypto), and whether the firm has any FCA-regulated entity behind it.
How a firm qualifies
This is a trader-eligibility collection, not a headquarters collection. A firm is listed only where its published availability affirmatively covers the United Kingdom — either it serves traders globally with the UK absent from a documented restriction list, or the UK is named in the countries it serves. Firms that simply say nothing about eligibility are left off: unknown is treated as unknown, never as acceptance. Absence here means “not yet confirmed”, never “rejects UK traders”. Always confirm with the firm before paying.
