Official Rules: ProprietaryTrading.com × Boxcar Trading BoxcarFlex Giveaway (October 2026)

1. Administrator and prize provider. The giveaway is administered by ProprietaryTrading.com LLC, 340 Valley Road, Merion Station, PA 19066 ("Administrator"). Prizes are provided and fulfilled by Boxcar Trading ("Prize Provider").
2. Entry period. Entries open Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and close Monday, October 26, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET. The Administrator's clock is the official timekeeper.
3. Eligibility. Open to people who are at least 18 (or the age of majority where they live, if higher) and who live in a country where Boxcar Trading offers its accounts. Not open to residents of Quebec, Italy, Brazil, or any country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions), or anyone on a U.S. government restricted-party list. Employees of the Administrator or the Prize Provider, and their immediate families, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to enter. Submit the entry form on ProprietaryTrading.com during the entry period. The form asks for your first name, email, the 18+ confirmation and agreement to these rules. It also asks you to confirm that you followed Boxcar Trading on X (@TradingBoxcar), joined its Discord (discord.gg/boxcartrading) and followed it on Instagram (@BoxcarFunding). These follow steps are verified by your own attestation only. The Administrator does not monitor or check your social accounts. Limit one entry per person and per email address. Duplicate, automated or bulk entries are void.
5. Prizes. Three (3) prizes, each one free $25K BoxcarFlex evaluation account, with Boxcar's standard account terms and the free Chicago trading VPS offer. Approximate retail value: $129 per prize ($387 total), based on the $25K Evaluation one-time price on boxcartrading.com/#pricing as of October 14, 2026. That page shows the $129 list price ($90 with promo code ONTRACK). Evaluation accounts use simulated funds; any payouts are subject to Boxcar's program rules. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. The Prize Provider may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any taxes. Boxcar Trading alone is responsible for issuing, operating and honoring the prize accounts, including all program rules and any payouts. The Administrator does not guarantee Boxcar Trading's products, services or payouts and is not liable if Boxcar Trading delays, changes or fails to deliver a prize.
6. Odds. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner selection. On Tuesday, October 27, 2026, the Administrator will randomly select three winners from all eligible entries, using a logged, reproducible random draw (described in draw process notes on this site). Two alternates will also be drawn.
8. Notification. Winners are notified by email, sent only from partnerships@proprietarytrading.com. We will never ask you for money, card details or passwords to claim a prize. Treat any other "you won" message as a scam. A winner must reply within 7 days of notification, confirming eligibility and agreeing to share contact details with Boxcar Trading. If a winner doesn't respond, is ineligible or doesn't comply, the prize is forfeited and an alternate is selected. The Administrator sends winners' contact details privately to Boxcar Trading, which then issues the accounts.
9. Publicity. Winners' first names are published, on ProprietaryTrading.com and on social channels tagging @TradingBoxcar, only with the winner's permission. Declining publicity does not affect a prize.
10. Privacy. Entry data is used only to run this giveaway and is shared with Boxcar Trading only for winners. You are not subscribed to the ProprietaryTrading.com newsletter unless you tick the separate, optional opt-in box. Entry data is deleted 90 days after the giveaway closes, except for opt-in records and the draw audit log. You may ask to see or delete your entry data at any time by emailing partnerships@proprietarytrading.com; deleting it before the draw withdraws your entry.
11. Platforms. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, X, Instagram (Meta) or Discord. By entering, you release those platforms from any liability.
12. General. The Administrator may disqualify fraudulent entries and may modify or cancel the giveaway if it is compromised, to the extent allowed by law. Entrants release the Administrator and Prize Provider from claims arising from the giveaway, except where prohibited. The Administrator is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Administrator's total liability arising from this giveaway is limited to the approximate retail value of one prize ($129). These rules are governed by Pennsylvania law, and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
13. Not investment advice. Nothing in this giveaway is investment, financial or trading advice. Trading evaluations are subject to Boxcar Trading's rules and involve risk; past or simulated results do not guarantee future results.
14. Affiliate disclosure. ProprietaryTrading.com may earn a commission when readers buy Boxcar accounts with code PTCOM. This has no effect on entry or winning.
